These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ace8 ("ace8", "we", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at ace8.cam. By registering, accessing, or using any part of the ace8 platform — including the website, mobile application, games, promotions, and support services — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

ace8 is an online gaming and sportsbook platform focused on serving Filipino players across the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other regions. We are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and responsible gaming environment in compliance with applicable Philippine gambling regulations.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

To create an account and use ace8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling law applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of access.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or voluntarily excluded from any gambling platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee or contractor of ace8.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly update your information if it changes. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on the ace8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. ace8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ace8 support immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

ace8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds documentation) at any time in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on ace8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). We accept deposits and process withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used. ace8 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ace8 account.
• Any active bonus funds or rollover requirements must be met before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• Processing times may vary from same-day to up to five (5) business days depending on the payment method and verification status.
• ace8 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending completion of security or AML checks.

ace8 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General bonus conditions that apply to all ace8 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Certain games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate toward rollover requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until rollover conditions are fully satisfied.
• ace8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This does not affect bonuses already actively claimed and in rollover progress.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets or exploiting promotional mechanics, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.

All games available on the ace8 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, Teen Patti, and Ludo Quick — are sourced from certified game providers and use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealer operations. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are determined by game providers and are available in individual game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, ace8 will endeavour to restore the game state from server logs. Where a round cannot be completed or verified, the stake for that round will generally be returned to the player's account. ace8's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and may vary. It is your responsibility to review applicable limits before placing a wager. ace8 may impose additional bet limits on individual accounts where warranted by responsible gaming considerations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace8 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or platform feature.
• Collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or other players.
• Money laundering, fraud, or the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access platform data without authorisation.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the ace8 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of ace8 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from ace8.

ace8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described therein.

We are committed to safeguarding your data using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace8 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ace8's total cumulative liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited in your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime, ace8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur with or without advance notice.

You may close your ace8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via a payment method of your choice after completion of any required withdrawal verification steps.

ace8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, withhold or forfeit funds, and report activity to relevant authorities where, in our reasonable judgment:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Required KYC or AML documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by ace8 for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the ace8 platform, you agree to first contact our support team in good faith to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
